Athletes who have some nutrition knowledge and need a refresher or may be taking on a new distance e.g. 100km run or 70.3 triathlon etc. and need help fueling for training and racing. 

 

What’s included:

  • Cronometer Gold.

  • Nutrition assessment.

  • Nutrition plan based on your food preferences and needs. 

  • Sports specific nutrition education before, during and after training and racing. 

  • One race day nutrition plan.

  • 6-week program.
